Our Founders Story

Our founders teamed up in 2015 to disrupt the Canadian logistics industry. They built one of the fastest growing logistics companies in the nation. It was acquired by one of the largest transport companies in Canada owned by a multi-billion dollar US private equity fund. A key part of their rapid growth is due to developing their own cutting edge, award winning logistics software - StarkTMS.

After the successful sale and exit from their operating company they are now turning their focus to helping other logistics companies scale rapidly through the use of their StarkTMS technology.

To give back, they have a foundation that partners with organizations helping save children at risk around the world.

Accomplishments

Loretta and the software won “Innovator of the Year’’ at the 2019 BC CTO awards.
Josh was named Business in Vancouver’s Top Forty under 40 in 2020.
Josh was named 2021 Canada’s Top 40 under 40 awards, the country’s most coveted business award honoring visionaries, innovators, and young entrepreneurs.
